Welcome to Mia's blog !!

Mia is a funny, energetic, happy, kind, and sadly, hurting 2 1/2 yr old angel. She is her Mommy and Daddy's hearts and we love her more than we could ever explain. On June 27, 2011, Mia was diagnosed with Bilateral Hip Dysplasia. A very painful ailment where both of her hips are completely dislocated. Despite her constant pain, she remains a joy to everyone who meets her. We have yet to see anyone walk away from her without a smile.
We called this page "Mia's Miracles" because, we have learned that "miracles" come in a wide variety of packages. Each and every person in her life is a miracle. Each and every prayer that is offered for her is a miracle. Each unique gift that is given, be it a stuffed animal to comfort her, financial help, time spent playing with her, a new movie to watch, a new coloring book...all miracles !!
This blog is dedicated to her journey with hip dysplasia and will stand as a testimony to the awesomeness of God, as we all witness the continuation of Mia's miracles !!
